your convenience, you can download our membership form to your PC. Two formats are provided. The ADOBE PDF file requires that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader Plug-in installed for your browser. The ADOBE file will launch within your browser and you can print the form right away! Click on the Microsoft Word link if you have Microsoft Word (or a compatible editor) on your computer. Depending on the plug-ins installed on your browser, the document will either launch right within your browser, or you should get a dialog box that asks if you want to open the File from its current location, or save it to disk. Save it to a location on your hard disk, and then you can later open it up in Microsoft Word. If you are using a newer browser (Netscape 4.7 or Internet Explorer 5.0 or above), you should have no trouble accessing either document. If you do, then RIGHT-CLICK either link and select the options "Save target as" or "Save Link As" to download the file to your machine. If you are STILL having trouble, send us an e-mail with your name and address, and we will snail-mail membership material to you! |
